DIRECTIONS

In a large bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, vinegar, garlic, salt, and basil. Add chicken, grapes, onion, and bacon to the dressing bowl. (May be prepared 1 day in advance and stored in a covered container in the refrigerator.) When ready to serve, mix well, then lightly stir in avocado and season with pepper. Serve with a slice of bread.
