DIRECTIONS
Scoop avocado out of the skin and coarsely mash with a fork. Spread onto bread slices and top with whole or torn sardines. Sprinkle grapes over the sardines, and top with a generous sprinkle of Aleppo pepper, cilantro, a squeeze of fresh lemon, and salt if desired.

1/2 cup quartered red and black Grapes from California
1 individual container sardines in olive oil or water, drained
Aleppo pepper
Fresh cilantro, snipped
